By purchasing Racing Line and any of its offered products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General:
- All products listed in our shop are unofficial products and are for personal use only. All creators involved have no affiliation with Gege Akutami, MAPPA, Viz Media, or Formula 1
- By purchasing Racing Line and any of its editions, you are agreeing to refrain from redistributing, printing, and disclosing the zine and any of its contents for extended circulation or monetary gain.
- The Racing Line Mod Team reserves the right to cancel orders if terms and conditions are violated.
Shipping Details:
- All products listed in the shop are PRE-ORDER items. They will not be shipped until all zines and merchandise have been produced.
- All Racing Line Zine items will be shipped between 5-6 months after the initial ordering phase.
- Orders will be shipped from New York, USA. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and delays due to COVID-19, weather, or other unforeseeable events that may affect delivery.
- All digital orders will be sent out using the email [email protected] after all physical orders have been shipped.
- Buyer is responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to your order.
- Racing Line is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
- Please Note: Racing Line will not be able to ship to Ukraine, Russia, and regions in the EU. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Production Details:
- If you encounter issues when downloading your digital Racing Line PDF files, please notify the Racing Line Team immediately, and we will do what we can to assist you.
- Updates regarding production, packaging, and shipping phases will be posted on the zine’s Twitter account. Please follow the account to remain up-to-date on the latest information.
- When contacting Racing Line about any issues with your order please including your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email.
Refunds and Replacements:
- Replacement packages will not be guaranteed. Supply is ordered according to immediate demand. The most Racing Line Team may offer is a partial refund on your purchase depending on the circumstance.
- In the event a product arrives damaged, damaged products must be returned before replacement products can be supplemented.
- We will not offer refunds for the following:
- Products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or point of delivery.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
- Buyer changes their shipping address and neglects to inform Racing Line Team before shipments have begun.
